目的了解北京市海淀区游泳池水质卫生状况,为卫生监管部门提供科学的管理依据,保障游泳者身体健康。方法于2012—2015年夏季对所监测北京市海淀区辖区内游泳场馆采集3件泳池水样品,分别检测pH值、浑浊度、尿素、细菌总数、大肠菌群、游离性余氯6项指标,并对结果进行分析。结果连续4年北京市海淀区游泳池水质整体合情况相对稳定,合格率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=5.21,P>0.05);各项卫生学指标中,浑浊度和大肠菌群的合格率最高(99.6%,99.9%),尿素的合格率最低(86.2%)。4类游泳场馆中,社区内游泳池水质合格率最低(62.6%),学校附属泳池水质合格率最高(85.1%)。4类游泳场馆泳池水卫生学指标中,pH值、尿素、游离性余氯合格率最低的均是社区内游泳池(94.1%、75.9%和88.9%)。结论北京市海淀区游泳场馆泳池水卫生状况有待进一步改善,应加强对游泳场馆的卫生监督与指导工作。
Objective To understand the health status of swimming pool in Haidian District, Beijing and provide scientific management basis for health supervision department to ensure the health of swimmers. Methods During the summer of 2012-2015, three samples of swimming pool water were collected from the swimming pool venues under the jurisdiction of Haidian District, Beijing. Six indicators of pH value, turbidity, urea, total bacteria, coliform bacteria and free residual chlorine were detected. And analyze the result. Results The water quality of the swimming pool in Haidian District of Beijing was relatively stable for 4 years in a row with no significant difference in passing rate (χ ~ 2 = 5.21, P> 0.05). Among all the hygiene indicators, turbidity and coliform The highest rate (99.6%, 99.9%), urea lowest pass rate (86.2%). Among the 4 types of swimming pools and gymnasiums, the passing rate of swimming pools in the communities is the lowest (62.6%), and the passing rate of the affiliated swimming pools in schools is the highest (85.1%). Four types of swimming pool swimming pool water hygienic indicators, pH, urea, free residual chlorine is the lowest pass rate community swimming pool (94.1%, 75.9% and 88.9%). Conclusion The water sanitation of swimming pool in Haidian District of Beijing needs to be further improved. Health supervision and guidance of swimming pool gymnasium should be strengthened.
