In order to cope with the increase of blood volume caused by a large number of casualties caused by unexpected incidents, blood banks often overstock to cause backlogging of blood products. Therefore, backlogging of blood products must be promptly carried out to reduce the potential overdue discards. By analyzing the stock status, the related properties of blood transportation and reception are deduced based on the age of stock, and a transit model is established to minimize the transportation cost. At last, the simulation results show that the selection strategies of different products are different, Freshness, and analyzes the impact of decision-making time on the decision-making effect. It provides a theoretical basis and case reference for the decision-making of the transhipment of backlogged blood in emergency support.
