党的十七大报告中提出,科学发展观的核心是以人为本,即造福人民。十七大报告揭示了社会主义的最终目标和终极价值就是实现、增进和保障人民的普遍幸福,党的一切奋斗和工作都是为了造福人民。恩格斯说,我们的目的是要建立社会主义制度,这种制度将给所有的人提供健康有益的工作,给所有人提供充裕的物质生活和闲暇时间,给所有人提供真正充分的自由。本文以青海省统计局2012年对人民群众幸福感专题调查数据为依据,以公民幸福感的价值考量和幸福感的心理指向两个方面来分析影响青海省城镇居民幸福感的主要因素。

In this paper, based on the survey data of 2012 Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics on the people’s well-being, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the urban residents’ happiness in Qinghai Province from the aspects of the value of civic happiness and the psychological orientation of happiness.
