对益宫散结口服液中的生物碱类活性成分进行了检识，对主要药味丹参、赤芍、川芎和当归进行了薄层鉴别，并采用薄层扫描法测定了芍药苷的含量。方法简便、结果准确、重复性好，可用于控制产品质量。
The active components of alkaloids in Yigong Sanjie Oral Liquid were examined and identified. The main herbs Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelicae Sinensis were identified by thin layer and the content of Paeoniflorin was determined by TLC scanning. The method is simple, accurate, and repeatable, and can be used to control product quality.
