本文采用间接耳蜗血流测定法,探讨声暴露与耳蜗侧壁血流障碍的因果关系。实验动物为Hartley豚鼠,体重250~450g。24只豚鼠暴露在摇滚乐(120~125dB SPL)中3小时,分别在音乐声停止后5、30、60分钟、2、6和21小时处死(每组均为4只动物)。处死前5分钟按200mg/kg动物股静脉注射硫酸卡那霉素(KM)作为血流示踪物。解剖耳蜗取其底转侧壁,在-20℃低温控制器内制成10μm组织
In this paper, an indirect cochlear blood flow assay was used to investigate the causal relationship between acoustic exposure and cochlear lateral blood flow disorders. Experimental animals Hartley guinea pigs, weighing 250 ~ 450g. Twenty-four guinea pigs were exposed to rock music (120-125 dB SPL) for 3 hours and sacrificed at 5, 30, 60 minutes, 2, 6 and 21 hours after the music stopped (4 animals in each group).
