正常人馒头餐试验中血糖胰岛素C肽的观察以面粉制成馒头餐(成份相当于75克葡萄糖),代替葡萄糖进行耐量试验无副作用。试验方法:成人及10岁以上儿童食100克(以面粉计下同),食量小、体重较轻者食75克;10岁以下儿童食50~75克。从开始吃馒头时算起,于60、120、180分钟分别采血测血糖、胰岛素、C肽。结果:236例正常成人在进食馒头后1、2、3小时的血糖、胰岛素和C肽反应和75克法葡萄糖耐量试验的反应进行比较发现,各时相
