Objective To carry out individualized nursing care for patients with high risk of diabetic foot and observe the application effect. Methods 86 patients with high risk of diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to May 2016 were randomly selected. Patients were divided into observation group and reference group according to random number drawing method, 43 cases in each group. The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing care, and the patients in the observation group were given individualized nursing care. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in KAP score between two groups before nursing (P> 0.05). After nursing, KAP score of observation group was significantly higher than that of reference group, that is, there was significant difference between two groups P <0.05). The data of blood lipid and glucose metabolism in the observation group were compared with those in the reference group. The data showed obvious advantages (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing during the course of clinical treatment of high risk patients with diabetic foot can not only improve the level of awareness and treatment of diabetic foot but also optimize the blood lipid and glucose metabolism indexes of patients and prompt the rapid elimination of clinical symptoms. regain health.
