据省监察厅报告及本会了解:我省有些部门在报送干部纪律处分案件和干部惩戒工作上,尚存在一些混乱现象,主要是未切实按照中央和省关于国家机关工作人员行政处分批准程序的规定执行。例如:有的应报本会审批的未报;不应报的又报了;报送机关不统一;报送材料不全(多数是只报送错误事实和处分意见,没有本人书面检讨材料和对错误事实的结论及对处分的意见);错误事实交代不清;拖拉积压和处分后长期不给取消等。为了贯彻执行中央和省关于干部纪律处分案件的规定和进一步做好惩戒工作,现将几个应注意的问题,通知如下:
