我们在体育锻炼中,应该积极预防体育运动伤害事故的发生,这对于增强体质、开展体育教学和训练工作,培养德智体全面发展的新人和提高体育运动水平都是很重要的。那么怎样预防运动伤害事故的发生呢?本文略谈自己的一些看法。 (一)正确和充分做好准备活动。 充分的准备活动,就能使中枢神经系统提高到适宜的水平,加强调节与肌肉活动有关的各个器官系统之间的联系和克服内脏器官的生理惰性,使之尽快地适用肌肉活动的需要,同时加强体内新陈代谢过程、减小肌肉活动的粘带性,提高肌肉韧带的力量和弹性,增加关节内的滑液,使关节的灵活性加大,防止运动中伤害事故的发生。

Strengthen the body’s metabolic process, reduce the stickiness of muscle activity, increase the strength and elasticity of muscle ligaments, increase the synovial fluid in the joints, increase the flexibility of the joints, and prevent injury accidents in sports.
