抚顺西露天矿冬季气候寒冷。剥离土岩及选煤厂排弃砂石在装车前的温度高于气温,所含水份并未冻结。但装到自翻矿车里经一段时间后,就冻粘在里面了,需要大量劳动力进行处理。从而,增加了列车周转周期,影响机车、车辆效率;回流土岩不但减少车辆实载量,并易造成扣斗事故。人工处理冻车底不但劳动强度大,而且容易被冻土块砸伤。因此,冻土粘车问题已成为冬季生产的障碍。1970年我们组成了工人、技术人员、干部三结合的小组,进行了用喷涂防冻浆液薄层防止冻土粘车的试验研究。在
