目的了解病案管理的研究现状、发展趋势及存在的问题,为今后病案管理的研究提供参考。方法应用文献计量学分析方法,以中国知网为数据来源,检索2000年-2016年发表的有关病案管理研究的期刊论文,对文献年代、作者单位、期刊分布、关键词、以及第一作者发表论文情况以及基金资助情况进行统计分析。结果检索到6188篇有效文献,涉及442种期刊,其中《中国病案》载文量最多,共2163篇,占35%,文献量呈逐年增长趋势;解放军总医院发文数量领先,共80篇;第一作者4637位,发表3篇以上文献的作者103位,占2.22%;文献合作度为2.53,合著率为65.55%;基金资助论文共763篇,占12.33%;研究热点主要集中在病案管理、电子病案、病案质量、病案首页等。结论病案管理研究应受到各类科研基金及相关期刊的关注,在研究深度、质量方面有待提高,跨区域合作方面有待加强。
Objective To understand the research status, development trend and existing problems of medical record management and provide reference for the future medical record management. Methods Using bibliometric analysis method and CNKI as the data sources, we searched journal articles about medical record management published from 2000 to 2016, and published the literature, author units, periodicals, key words and the first author’s publication Papers and fund-funded situation for statistical analysis. Results A total of 6188 valid documents were retrieved, involving 442 journals. Among them, 2163 articles (35%) accounted for the largest number of cases in China, and the literature volume showed a trend of increasing year by year. The PLA General Hospital issued a total of 80 articles, There were 4637 authors and 103 authors who published more than 3 articles, accounting for 2.22%. The degree of cooperation was 2.53 and the rate of co-authorship was 65.55%. There were 763 papers funded by the fund, accounting for 12.33%. The research focuses mainly on medical record management , Electronic medical record, medical record quality, record homepage and so on. Conclusion The study of medical record management should be concerned by all kinds of research funds and related journals, and it needs to be improved in depth, quality and cross-regional cooperation.
