目的研究一种新型过氧化物消毒剂杀灭水中大肠杆菌的效果及其相关性能。采用微孔滤膜抽滤法,对该新型过氧化物消毒剂杀菌性能进行了实验室和现场试验观察。结果该新型过氧化物消毒剂总活性氧化物含量为质量分数24%。以活性氧化物浓度为40 mg/L的该消毒剂作用90 min,可完全杀灭水中大肠杆菌。pH值在8.5以下、水温低于7℃、水中有机物(色度)>10度,对水中大肠杆菌的杀灭效果有一定的影响。在游泳池水中加入活性氧化物浓度为80 mg/L的新型过氧化物消毒剂作用90 min,可使其水中细菌总数由845 cfu/m l降为0 cfu/m l,大肠菌群由491 cfu/L降为0 cfu/L。结论该新型过氧化物对水中细菌繁殖体具有较好的杀灭效果,pH值、有机物和水温对其杀菌效果有一定影响。
Objective To study the effect of a new peroxide disinfectant to kill Escherichia coli in water and its related properties. Using microporous membrane filtration method, the bactericidal performance of the new peroxide disinfectant was tested in laboratory and field. Results The total peroxide content of the new peroxide disinfectant was 24% by mass. The concentration of active oxide 40 mg / L of the disinfectant for 90 min, can completely kill E. coli in water. pH value below 8.5, water temperature below 7 ℃, organic matter in water (color)> 10 degrees, the killing effect of E. coli in water to a certain extent. Adding a new peroxide disinfectant with active oxide concentration of 80 mg / L for 90 min in swimming pool water reduced the total number of bacteria in the water from 845 cfu / ml to 0 cfu / ml and the coliform bacteria from 491 cfu / L Drop to 0 cfu / L. Conclusion The new peroxide has a good killing effect on bacterial propagules in water. The pH value, organic matter and water temperature have an impact on its bactericidal effect.
