由中国振动工程学会土动力学学会、中国土木工程学会土力学及基础工程学会、中国水利学会岩土力学专业委员会、中国力学学会岩土力学专业委员会、中国地震学会地震工程专业委员会、中国建筑学会地震工程学术委员会和中国建筑学会工程勘察学术委员会联合发起的“第三届全国土动力学学术会议”于1990年5月22—25日在上海同济大学召开。本次会议的主题是土动力学在工程中的应用,共录用论文140篇(其中发展水平综合报告7篇),内容涉及:土的动力特性(47篇),土的室内外动态测试技术(23篇),
Institute of Soil Dynamics, Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering, Society of Soil Mechanics and Basic Engineering, Chinese Society of Civil Engineering, Professional Committee on Rock and Soil Mechanics, China Institute of Hydraulic Engineering, Professional Committee on Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Society of Mechanics, China Earthquake Society, Earthquake Engineering Professional Committee, China Architectural Institute The “3rd National Conference on Soil Dynamics” jointly initiated by the Academic Committee of Earthquake Engineering and the Academic Investigation Committee of the Chinese Architectural Society of China was held on May 22-25, 1990 at Tongji University in Shanghai. The theme of the conference was the application of soil dynamics in the project. A total of 140 papers were accepted (including seven comprehensive development level reports), covering: the dynamic characteristics of soil (47 articles), and the indoor and outdoor dynamic testing technology of soil ( 23 articles),
