建立香砂养胃软胶囊中厚朴酚的含量测定方法。方法:用HPLC法,色谱柱:SpherigelODSC18,5μm,(25cm×4.6mm),流动相:乙腈:4.8%冰醋酸(60:40),流速:1mL/min,检测波长:292nm,柱温:25℃。结果:厚朴酚在0.124μg/mL～0.992μg/mL的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),加样回收率为99.77%,重现性RSD=0.85%。结论:本法简单可行,准确性好,重现性高,可以有效控制香砂养胃软胶囊中厚朴酚的含量。
Establish a method for determination of magnolol in Xiangsha Yangwei soft capsule. Method: HPLC method, Column: Spherigel ODSC18, 5μm, (25cm×4.6mm), mobile phase: acetonitrile: 4.8% glacial acetic acid (60:40), flow rate: 1mL/min, detection wavelength: 292nm, column temperature: 25 °C. RESULTS: In the concentration range of 0.124μg/mL-0.992μg/mL, honokiol had a good linear relationship (r=0.9999). The recovery of the sample was 99.77% and the reproducibility RSD was 0.85%. Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible, with good accuracy and high reproducibility. It can effectively control the content of magnolol in Xiangsha Yangwei soft capsule.
