作品的本质是文学、艺术和科学领域内思想的表达。作品不以是非、善恶、优劣为标准,但必须是客观存在的。作品所表达的思想是一个抽象的概念,在现实中主要表现为观念、技术、方法、程序、原则、工艺等内容。作品仅指思想的表达,而不指向被表达的思想。在确定思想和表达的临界点时,尊重作者的观点更具有合理性。思想的表达必须隶属于文学、艺术和科学领域,这意味着作品必须体现某种艺术方法或科学方法。
The essence of the work is the expression of ideas in the fields of literature, art and science. Works are not right and wrong, good and evil, good and bad as the standard, but must be objective. The ideas expressed in the works are abstract concepts, which are mainly embodied in concepts such as concepts, techniques, methods, procedures, principles and techniques in reality. Works only refers to the expression of ideas, rather than point to the expression of ideas. In determining the critical point of thought and expression, respect for the author’s point of view is more reasonable. The expression of thought must be subordinate to the fields of literature, art and science, which means that the work must embody some kind of artistic or scientific method.
