研究从含61.26%TFe、0.30%REO及78.20g/t Sc2O3的稀有金属伴生铁精矿中回收稀土和钪的熔炼工艺.结果表明,在熔炼温度1 500℃、熔炼时间60min,熔剂为2.24%石灰和0.06%石英,还原剂石墨用量为10%的实验条件下,可从铁精矿中获得含92.61%TFe的生铁和含2.64%REO、673.11g/t Sc2O3的熔炼渣;生铁中Fe回收率为97.99%,熔炼渣中REO和Sc2O3的回收率分别为96.98%和94.86%.“,”The smelting process was studied of rare earth and scandium recovery from rare metal associated iron concentrate with 61.26% TFe, 0.30% REO and 78.20 g/t Sc2 O3.The results indicate that the proper smelting process parameters are as follows:smelting temperature of 1 500 ℃, smelting time of 60 min, the flux of 2.24%lime and 0.06% quartz, and graphite dosage of 10% as the reducing agent.Under the above conditions, the pig iron with 92.61% TFe and smelting slag with 2.64% REO and 673.11 g/t Sc2 O3 are obtained, the iron recovery of pig iron is 97.99%, and the recoveries of REO and Sc2 O3 of smelting slag are96.98% and 94.86%, respectively.
