新课程背景下,中学现有科学师资的素质与现代社会的需求极不吻合,存在着知识结构不合理、能力水平较低、现代教育理念滞后等差距,通过继续教育尽快提高中学科学教师的基本素质是当务之急。文章主要探讨当前中学科学教师存在的主要问题及对其进行继续教育的有效途径。
In the context of the new curriculum, the quality of existing science teachers in secondary schools is incompatible with the needs of modern society. There is a gap in knowledge structure, low ability and lagging behind in modern educational philosophy. Continuing education can improve the basic science teachers in secondary schools as soon as possible. Quality is a top priority. The article mainly discusses the main problems existing in science teachers in secondary schools and the effective ways of continuing education.
