克罗恩病(Crohn’sdisease,CD)是一种病因尚未明了的胃肠道慢性非特异性炎性肉芽肿疾病,累及胃肠道各部分。该病我国很少见,临床医生缺乏对本病的认知,加之本病表现的多样性,致使Crohn’s病误诊较为普遍。我院2003年7月～2004年8月经胃肠镜室检查460例患者,按1993年及2003年中华医学会消化学分会制定的标准诊断,现对误诊8例Crohn’s误诊原因及防止误诊的对策进行探讨。1临床资料
