目前中药药代动力学研究尚处于探索阶段,从上个世纪80年代起中药药动学有了很大的发展。本文综述了一些临床常用中药有效成分的药动学研究进展,从中药特点和研究现状入手,指出了各种研究方法存在的不足,强调应进一步加强对中药的药理学和药物动力学的研究。阐明中药的作用过程和机理,对中医药的现代化目标产生重要影响。关键词中药药代动力学中医药现代化,同时指出了今后中药药动学研究中应该解决的问题。
At present, the pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine is still at the exploratory stage. Since the 80s of last century, there has been a great development in pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine. This review summarizes the research progress of the pharmacokinetics of some commonly used active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine. Starting with the characteristics and research status of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), this paper points out the shortcomings of various research methods and emphasizes the further research on the pharmacology and pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicines. To clarify the role of Chinese medicine process and mechanism of modernization of Chinese medicine has an important impact on the goal. Key words Chinese pharmacokinetics Chinese medicine modernization, while pointing out the future Chinese pharmacokinetic research should be addressed.
