目的:高原地区农牧民宫颈疾病普查及健康教育。方法:对年龄在15～70岁,707例农牧民进行宫颈疾病的普查。结果:宫颈糜烂424例,慢性宫颈炎384例,滴虫性阴道炎102例,盆腔炎135例,附件炎157例,霉菌性阴道炎29例,细菌性阴道炎208例,病理细胞学检查(脱落细胞)Ⅱa 61例,Ⅱb 88例,Ⅲ25例。结论:应重视农牧民的健康教育,采用不同的健康教育手段,达到有效控制宫颈疾病的目的。
Objective: A survey of cervical diseases of peasants and herdsmen in the plateau area and health education. Methods: The age of 15 to 70 years old, 707 farmers and herdsmen cervical disease survey.
