目的 探讨黄精煎液对衰老小鼠组织端粒酶活性的影响。方法 采用端粒重复扩增 微孔板杂交法检测衰老动物组织黄精治疗前后的端粒酶活性 ;采用改良TBA荧光法测定组织丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 黄精治疗后实验动物脑、性腺组织端粒酶活性明显升高 ,而其MDA含量无显著变化 ,MDA含量与端粒酶活性无相关性。结论 黄精可显著升高衰老动物脑和性腺组织的端粒酶活性
Objective To investigate the effect of Huangjing decoction on telomerase activity in aging mice. Methods The telomerase activity was detected by telomere repeat amplification microplate hybrid method before and after the treatment of senile tissue Huangjing. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in tissue was determined by modified TBA fluorescence method. Results The telomerase activity in brain and gonads of experimental animals increased significantly after treatment with rhizome, but there was no significant change in MDA content. There was no correlation between MDA content and telomerase activity. Conclusion Huangjing can significantly increase telomerase activity in senescent animals’ brain and gonadal tissues.
