滚动摩擦系数是离散元技术中至关重要的一个物理参数,该参数对颗粒的堆积特性有着显著的影响,目前尚无简单方便的测量方法。设计一套滚动摩擦系数试验装置,采用直尺、倾角仪、角度仪等常规量具,能够简单、准确的测量相关数据,应用统计过程控制(Statistical Process Control,SPC)检验测试数据的正态性,判断测试过程是否稳定,数据是否有效,再经过理论公式计算得出滚动摩擦系数。滚动摩擦系数的测试结果应用到离散元仿真中,获得仿真的物料安息角与实际测量的物料安息角进行对比,发现仿真值与实测值之间安息角的偏差为1.5%,表明测量结果准确可用,满足工程应用要求。
Rolling friction coefficient is a crucial physical parameter in discrete element technique. This parameter has a significant influence on the packing characteristics of particles. At present, there is no simple and convenient measurement method. A set of rolling friction coefficient test device is designed. The measuring instruments such as ruler, inclinometer and angle meter can be used to measure the related data easily and accurately. The normality of test data is verified by Statistical Process Control (SPC) To determine whether the test process is stable, the data is valid, and then calculated by the theoretical formula rolling friction coefficient. The rolling friction coefficient test results are applied to the discrete element simulation to obtain the simulation of the material angle of repose and the actual measurement of the material compared to the angle of rest and found that the deviation between the simulation value and the measured value of rest angle of 1.5%, indicating that the measurement results are accurate and available , To meet the engineering application requirements.
