1972年末,小名滨熔炼与精炼有限公司为了固定反射炉废气中的SO_2建立了一个石灰—石膏厂。这是为了处理含有高达3%SO_2冶炼废气而在日本建立的采用该种工艺的第一个工业性工厂。开始遇到的一个严重问题是吸收器结垢。但通过工艺及操作条件的改善该问题逐步得到解决。目前该系统的运行令人满意,每月能生产15,000吨以上的优质石膏板。该系统的主要特点是:吸收率高达99.5%,产品质量好,不结垢和运行可靠。与该厂的硫酸厂一起计算,废气处理系统能够回收和固定进入冶炼厂的99.7%以上的硫,达到完全符合环境空气质量标准和排放的规定。本文将主要介绍石膏厂现在的运行情况。
At the end of 1972, Toyohama Smelting and Refining Co., Ltd. established a lime-gypsum plant to fix the SO 2 in the exhaust gas from the reverberatory furnace. This is the first industrial plant in Japan to process smelting waste gas containing up to 3% SO 2. A serious problem that started to be encountered was absorber fouling. However, this problem has been gradually solved through the improvement of the process and operating conditions. The system is currently operating satisfactorily and produces over 15,000 tons of quality gypsum board per month. The system’s main features are: absorption rate of up to 99.5%, good product quality, non-scaling and reliable operation. Together with the plant’s sulfuric acid plant, the exhaust gas treatment system is capable of recovering and fixing more than 99.7% of sulfur entering the smelter to fully comply with ambient air quality standards and emissions regulations. This article will mainly introduce the operation of gypsum factory now.
