2016年4月,《全民阅读促进条例(征求意见稿)》正式公开征求意见,征求意见稿第22条明确要求根据不同年龄段未成年人身心发展状况,推广阶梯阅读,并在出版物显著位置标识适宜的年龄段。这意味着大陆出版市场针对未成年人的阅读开始实行分级制度。台湾地区儿童出版物分级制度施行多年并取得一定成效,文章通过分析该地区相关制度以期为我国大陆地区制定完善的儿童出版物分级制度提供参考。
In April 2016, the “National Reading Promotion Regulations (Draft for Comments)” formally solicited opinions. Article 22 of the Draft for Soliciting Opinions explicitly requested that step-by-step reading be promoted according to the physical and mental development of minors of different ages and should be prominently displayed in publications Identify the appropriate age.
