奶粉用１．０％ 盐酸溶液溶解，直接喷入空气—乙炔火焰中测定吸光度，以标准曲线法定量。测定结果与常规消化法一致。回收率在９７．２％ ～１０２．８％ 之间，相对标准偏差＜ ２．１％ 。
Milk powder dissolved in 1.0% hydrochloric acid solution, directly injected into the air - acetylene flame absorbance was measured by standard curve method. The results are consistent with the conventional digestion method. The recoveries ranged from 97.2% to 102.8% with a relative standard deviation of <2.1%.
