[目的]探讨维、汉族HPV16阳性宫颈组织中L1蛋白表达差异。[方法]收集新鲜宫颈组织224例,PCR筛选HPV16阳性标本132例(其中维族70例,汉族62例),免疫组化法测定HPV L1蛋白。[结果]L1蛋白在CIN1组阳性表达率为52.63%(10/19),其中维族为57.14%(4/7),汉族为50.00%(6/12)。L1蛋白在CIN2~3组阳性表达率为29.17%(7/24),其中维族为22.22%(2/9),汉族为33.33%(5/15)。维、汉族L1蛋白表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]维、汉族HPV16阳性宫颈组织中L1蛋白阳性表达率无统计学差异,L1蛋白检测可预测宫颈病变进展及预后。
[Objective] To investigate the difference of L1 protein expression between HPV16-positive cervical tissues in Victoria and Han nationality. [Method] 224 cases of fresh cervical tissue were collected. HPV16 positive specimens were screened by PCR for 132 cases (70 cases of Uygur and 62 cases of Han nationality), and HPV L1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive rate of L1 protein in CIN1 group was 52.63% (10/19), among which, Uighur was 57.14% (4/7) and Han was 50.00% (6/12). The positive expression rate of L1 protein in CIN2 ~ 3 group was 29.17% (7/24), in which Uighur was 22.22% (2/9) and Han was 33.33% (5/15). There was no significant difference in the expression rate of L1 protein between Han and Ward (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] There is no significant difference in the positive expression rates of L1 protein in HPV16 positive cervical tissues between Victoria and Han ethnicity. The detection of L1 protein can predict the progression and prognosis of cervical lesions.
