[目的]探讨中西医3种不同方法治疗小儿厌食症的疗效。[方法]门诊105例小儿厌食症病例,经过中药、推拿按摩和西药3种方法治疗后,进行疗效比较分析。[结果]3种治疗方法均有效果,推拿按摩组、中药组和西药组的有效率分别为80.0%、71.4%和51.4%。推拿按摩组的治疗效果优于中药组和西药组。[结论]中西医3种方法治疗小儿厌食症均有效,推拿按摩治疗效果更优,方法简便。
[Objective] To investigate the curative effects of three different methods of treating traditional Chinese and western medicine on children with anorexia. [Method] 105 outpatients with anorexia nervosa cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, massage and Western medicine, and their curative effects were compared. [Result] The three kinds of treatment methods were effective. The effective rates of massage group, traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were 80.0%, 71.4% and 51.4% respectively. Massage treatment group massage better than traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. [Conclusion] The three methods of TCM and Western medicine are effective in treatment of infantile anorexia, massage massage is more effective and the method is simple and convenient.
