近年来,随着医疗企业改革的不断深入,医疗企业效益的不断完善,医疗考核制度的不断完善,在一定程度上对医疗企业的社会公益和企业发展创造良好的发展空间,但在社会进步的要求下,医疗企业的效益要从基层考核开始,系统化已经成为大势所趋,我们竭力实行绩效管理制度。所以,公立医院在考核方式选择、指标体系设定以及具体评价方法等方面都存在一些问题,我们针对这些问题进行全面剖析,把绩效管理落到实处。
