我国少数民族的分布,存在不同民族大杂居、小聚居、交错杂居的现象。因此,我国民族关系的特殊性和复杂性突出。民族关系类事件主要具有复杂性、隐蔽性、长期性和国际性等特点。必须重视民族关系类事件发生后的舆论引导,保障公众知情权,谴责恐怖分子的暴行,宣传社会正能量,重视受众参与。
The distribution of ethnic minorities in our country is characterized by the fact that different ethnic groups live together in different quarters, live in small groups and live in mixed communities. Therefore, the particularity and complexity of our national relations are outstanding. Ethnic relations events are mainly complex, concealed, long-term and international characteristics.
