浙江省台州市路桥区的“流动人口圆桌议政制度”通过议政员搭建起政府部门与流动人口的沟通桥梁,通过圆桌议政会议构建起政府部门与流动人口的议政议事平台。“流动人口圆桌议政制度”具有两大明显的社会功能,即畅通流动人口的利益诉求表达与化解流动人口的社会矛盾冲突。其中,议政员凭借其具有民间影响力和官方合法性的身份地位在流动人口圆桌议政制度中发挥着不可或缺的作用。
