口腔粘膜扁平苔藓(OLP)是否会发生癌变迄今尚有争论。一些学者提出,口腔扁平苔藓患者代表着继发口腔癌的高危险群体,而另一些学者则否认本病是癌前损害。为进一步认识扁平苔藓的癌前性质,现就本院随访观察的二例OLP癌变病例报道如下。
Oral mucosa lichen planus (OLP) whether there will be cancer has so far been controversial. Some scholars have suggested that patients with oral lichen planus represent a high risk of secondary oral cancer, while others deny that the disease is pre-cancerous. To further understand the pre-cancerous nature of lichen planus, two cases of OLP cancers now followed up in our hospital are reported below.
