目的:探讨早孕期系统超声切面检查对胎儿结构畸形筛查的应用价值。方法:选取我院在2013年6月-2015年6月收取的800例孕妇共900例胎儿为研究对象,其中单胎700例,双胎100例,孕妇的孕周为11-13+6周,并对胎儿进行系统的超声切面检查,与中晚期的超声检查结果以及出生后的检查结果对比。结果:孕期共检查出53例畸形胎儿,产后体检发现漏诊了两例,其中早孕期检查出35例畸形胎儿,所以早孕期的诊断敏感度为63.6%。结论:对于早孕期胎儿结构畸形的筛查而言,采用系统超声切面检查具有一定的价值,可以诊断出较多一部分胎儿的结构畸形,特别是严重有致死性的结构畸形,对提前了解胎儿的具体情况提供了参考意义,应用价值价高。
Objective: To investigate the value of systematic ultrasound examination of early pregnancy on fetal structural abnormality screening. Methods: A total of 900 fetuses from 800 pregnant women collected in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were enrolled. Among them, 700 were singletons and 100 were twins. The gestational age of pregnant women was 11-13 + 6 weeks , And the fetus was systematically sonicated section examination, compared with the mid-late ultrasound examination results and postnatal examination results. Results: During pregnancy, 53 abnormal fetuses were detected. Two missed diagnoses were found during the postpartum examination. Among 35 cases of abnormal fetuses detected in early pregnancy, the diagnostic sensitivity in early pregnancy was 63.6%. CONCLUSIONS: For the screening of fetus structural abnormalities in early pregnancy, the systematic ultrasound examination has some value, which can diagnose the structural malformations of most fetuses, especially severe and fatal structural deformities. Specific circumstances provide a reference value, the application of high value.
