目的探讨早期综合发展对婴儿早期体格和智能发育的影响,为此服务模式的应用提供依据。方法将292名正常新生儿随机分为实验组和对照组,分别接受早期综合发展服务和常规系统保健。两组均在出生后3、6、9和12个月测量身长和体重,检测发育商(DQ)。结果 3和6月龄实验组的适应性、大运动、精细动作、语言和社交5方面均较对照组超前;9月龄在适应性、大运动和语言方面,12月龄在适应性和精细动作方面,发育优于对照组。两组婴儿的身长及体重类似。婴儿智能发育水平与早产、小于胎龄儿和母亲年龄(>30岁)等因素呈负相关。结论早期综合发展对婴儿智能发育有明显促进作用,应在着力推广的同时,修正完善训练体系,以惠及更多的婴儿。
Objective To explore the impact of early comprehensive development on early physical and intellectual development of infants, and to provide evidence for the application of this mode of service. Methods 292 normal newborns were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, receiving early comprehensive development service and routine system health care respectively. Body length and body weight were measured at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months after birth in both groups to measure the DQ. Results Compared with the control group, the adaptability, big exercise, fine motor activity, language and social skills in the experimental groups at 3 and 6 months were higher than those in the control group. At 9 months of age, adaptability and fineness Action, the development is better than the control group. The two groups of babies are similar in length and weight. The level of infant’s intellectual development is negatively correlated with factors such as prematurity, age less than gestational age and mother’s age (> 30 years). Conclusion Early comprehensive development has a significant promoting effect on the infant’s intellectual development. It should make efforts to popularize and improve the training system to benefit more babies.
