面对高校贫困生人数不断下降的趋势,广东外语外贸大学搭建了自主经营、自负盈亏的勤工平台,实现了勤工工作从“输血”到“造血”的转变,从而达到济困育人的双重目的。为了推广这一创新创业型勤工模式,我们以屡获殊荣的云山勤工为例,通过问卷调查、数据分析等手段,以文化、平台、制度为三个维度、以培养专业技能、培育创业创新精神、发展创业能力为三个途径,提炼总结出创新创业型CPI模型,为传统勤工的转型提供一些理论、架构方面的普适建议。
