公关教学中的案例教学法,与我们在授课中频繁使用的举例说明有着根本的区别。举例说明在更多的时候只是为了帮助学生通过形象的事例来更好地了解和掌握相关的理论,并激发一定的学习兴趣,而案例教学法是指在教学过程中,引用典型的公关案例,通过师生双方对案例的分析、探讨,提炼或掌握公关理论,进而用理论去指导公关实践的一种教学方法。它应该包括五个基本环节:
