对引进型600MW四角切向燃烧锅炉进行了冷态模化试验,首次系统地研究了屏区气流流动特性及改变分隔屏结构布置对水平烟道气流速度场偏差的影响。试验结果表明,采用对称不等间距的分隔屏结构布置可进一步地削弱炉膛出口的残余旋转,减小水平烟道气流速度的不均匀性,可供新锅炉设计时参考。
The cold mode test was carried out on the imported 600MW tangential fired boiler. The airflow characteristics in the screen area and the influence of the structure of the partition screen on the velocity field deviation of the horizontal flue gas flow were systematically studied for the first time. The test results show that the use of symmetrical unequal spacing partition screen layout can further weaken the residual rotation of the furnace outlet and reduce the uneven velocity of the horizontal flue gas flow, which can be used as a reference for designing a new boiler.
