发现并研究了电极半径r与瓷体半径R之比r/R对ZnO压敏电阻片耐受2ms方波电流冲击能力的作用规律.利用平面电阻网络和立体氧化锌压敏电阻器网络,实验模拟了r/R对电极边缘电流密度分布的作用规律,研究结果表明增大r/R能使电流密度均匀化,因而能增强ZnO压敏电阻片的通流能力。
The effect of the ratio r / R of the electrode radius r and the ceramic body radius R on the resistance of the ZnO varistor to 2ms square wave current shocks was found and studied. The effect of r / R on the edge current density distribution of electrodes was experimentally simulated by using a planar resistance network and a three-dimensional zinc oxide varistor network. The results show that increasing the r / R can make the current density uniform, thus increasing the ZnO pressure Sensitive pieces of the flow capacity.
