本文对大面积工件电镀高质量耐磨硬铬工艺作了研究,发现影响镀层质量的因素基本有二:(1)基体表面是否存在凹形缺陷,及造成这种缺陷的原因是电镀前处理过程中,酸浸活化及阳极电解活化步骤溶解脱落了金属基体中的夹杂。(2)溶液中的粉尘杂质的存在,将会导致镀层表面产生铬瘤。为此作者提出以分次电镀加焊补为主,以强化过滤电解液为辅的工艺方法。经实践证明本法有效地保证了镀层质量。
In this paper, a large area of workpiece electroplating hard wear-resistant hard chromium process was studied and found that there are basically two factors affecting the quality of the coating: (1) the substrate surface concave defects exist, and cause this defect is the pre-plating process , Acid leaching activation and anodic electrolytic activation step dissolve the inclusions in the metal matrix. (2) The presence of dust impurities in the solution will result in the formation of chromium tumor on the coating surface. To this end, the author puts forward the method of plating by plating, welding by supplementing, supplemented by enhanced filtration electrolyte. Practice has proved that this law effectively guarantees the coating quality.
