公务员的激励机制是公务员制度的重要组成部分,公务员激励机制作用的发挥直接关系到公务员队伍的建设、政府行政效率的提高和勤政廉洁政府的实现。本文在分析我国公务员激励机制存在问题的基础上,提出了完善我国公务员激励机制的措施。
The incentive mechanism of civil servants is an important part of civil servant system. The exertion of civil servant’s incentive mechanism is directly related to the construction of civil servants, the improvement of government administrative efficiency and the realization of diligent and honest government. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of civil servants incentive mechanism in our country, this paper puts forward the measures to improve the incentive mechanism of civil servants in our country.
