介绍了采用反应结合(RBAO)技术和干-湿法纺丝工艺相结合制备α-Al2O3中空纤维陶瓷膜的方法.利用透射电镜、扫描电镜、热重分析、差热分析、X射线衍射等手段研究了膜的机械性能、微观结构,同时对反应结合过程及物相变化进行了分析.用该方法制备的中空纤维膜机械性能有显著的提高,抗压强度为90MPa,弯曲强度41MPa.
A method for preparing α-Al2O3 hollow fiber ceramic membrane by a combination of reactive bonding (RBAO) technology and dry-wet spinning process is introduced. The mechanical properties and microstructure of the films were investigated by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction. Meanwhile, the reaction process and the phase transformation were also analyzed. The mechanical properties of hollow fiber membranes prepared by this method have been significantly improved, the compressive strength of 90MPa, flexural strength of 41MPa.
