我国的商业体制大体上包括三方面的内容:一是商品流通体制,即国家对社会商业的组织和管理;二是经营管理体制,即国家对国营商业部门的组织和管理,三是企业管理体制,即国家对国营商业企业和企业内部的组织和管理。从1949年中华人民共和国成立到现在的3 0多年采,我国商业体制几经调整和改组,直至党的十一届三中全会后开始进行一系列新的变革,其中既有成功的经验,也有失败的教训。随着我国经济体制改革的深化,进一步探索适合我国社会主义商品经济发展的商业体制,是一项极为重要又十分复杂的任务。
