目前,学生们的依赖性比较强,抵抗挫折能力较弱,每每学生遭遇点小挫折就会感到挫败,这都是由于学生在学校一遇到问题,都是习惯性地请求老师进行处理,若是在学校外遇到的问题就交给家长来处理,这种情况不利于学生的身心发展。想要锻炼学生的抗挫折能力,可以在体育运动中让学生进行有氧运动,提升身体素质,增强意志力。
