一般认为记录心脏电活动,是诊断心脏疾患极有用的方法。记录体表电位作为探讨心脏电异常,向来是用12导联心电图与Holter 心电图。但是,这些方法也存在一些问题。即,12个导联心电图与Holter 心电图导联点数只限于体表部位,不一定能对整个心脏电现象进行详细探讨。因此,如用以往的方法,就不如用新的检查法,可获得更多有关心脏电现象的资料。与之要求相应的,是最近引起人们注意的体表电位图(以下简称电位图)法。作者从47年开始对电位图进行研究,随着电位图装置的研制,用这种装置进行了各种临床与实验研究。
It is generally believed that recording cardiac electrical activity is a very useful method of diagnosing heart disease. Record body surface potential as a study of cardiac electrical abnormalities, has always been a 12-lead ECG and Holter ECG. However, there are some problems with these methods.
