平菇的速生高产生料栽培技术,是我们衡山地区食用菌科技工作者通过长期的生产实践总结出来的宝贵经验。此项技术与一般的平菇栽培技术相比,具有接种块萌发快、正品率高、发酵周期短、成本较低、生物学效率高等优点。通过两年的大面积栽培试验和推广,即使在空气湿度大、温度较高的上半年也能有效地控制杂菌污染,菌丝长速快,11～15天即可满袋,平均产菇率在150%左右,生产成本在0.80元/kg以内,社会效益及经济效益显著。现将此方法介绍如下。
