中学生自主管理能力是中学生将自己或同学作为管理对象,根据相关规范和自身发展的需要,对个体的思想、行为、学习和生活进行规划、评价和调控的能力。为加强对中学生自主管理能力的培养,师生应该共同制定班规;加强对班级干部队伍的建设;对学生要求到“点”上;激励学生发展的潜在活力。
The self-management ability of middle school students is that middle school students take themselves or their classmates as their management object and plan, evaluate and control individual’s thoughts, behaviors, study and life according to relevant norms and needs of their own development. In order to strengthen the cultivation of self-management ability of middle school students, teachers and students should work together to formulate rules and regulations, strengthen the construction of class cadres, request students to point and inspire students to develop their potential vitality.
