针对真空实型铸造用涂料透气性的特点，提出了负压吸附涂料片的测试方法和数学表达式Ｋ＝２（Ｐｅ－Ｐｂ）ｈｖ／〔（Ｐ０－Ｐｅ）（Ｐ０－Ｐｂ）Ａｔｅ〕，涂料透气性的量纲为ｃｍ２／（Ｐａｍｉｎ）。试验表明，该方法简单易行，所测数据稳定，且对透气性变化敏感。笔者就涂料组成对透气性的影响也进行了试验和分析。
According to the characteristics of the permeability of vacuum real casting paint, a test method and mathematical expression K = 2 (Pe-Pb) hv / (P0-Pe) The coating’s air permeability is in the order of cm2 / (Pamin). Experiments show that the method is simple and easy, the measured data is stable and sensitive to the change of air permeability.
