目的:了解在园儿童家庭膳食情况和营养干预对儿童锌、铁等营养及血红蛋白状况的影响。方法:对儿童在家中进食情况进行膳食营养调查与营养教育干预,评价干预前后儿童的血锌、血铁、血红蛋白水平。结果:干预前幼儿在家中的总能量摄入达到要求;蛋白质摄入比例过高;铁元素的摄入理想,维生素和锌、钙的摄入不够理想;干预后儿童的血铁、血锌、血红蛋白状况均较干预前有所改善。结论:在园儿童在家期间膳食营养尚好,但三大产热营养素供能不尽合理,进行营养教育干预可较好改善儿童的铁、锌营养和血红蛋白状况。
Objectives: To understand the effects of dietary conditions and nutritional interventions on the nutrition and hemoglobin status of children such as zinc and iron in children in the park. Methods: Children eating at home diet nutrition survey and nutrition education intervention to assess children’s blood zinc, blood iron, hemoglobin levels before and after intervention. Results: Before intervention, the total energy intake of young children at home reached the requirement; the protein intake was too high; the intake of iron was ideal; the intakes of vitamin and zinc and calcium were not ideal; after intervention, the blood iron, blood zinc, Hemoglobin status than before intervention has improved. Conclusion: Dietary nutrition is still good among children in the park during their stay at home. However, the energy supply of the three major heat-producing nutrients is not reasonable. Nutritional education intervention can better improve the nutritional status of iron, zinc and hemoglobin in children.
