煤矿井下局部通风机多使用双风机、双电源、自动倒台系统。当掘进工作面或其回风流中瓦斯浓度大于3%时风机不能人工停止;当风机故障停止运转,在此瓦斯浓度下,必须对风机进行闭锁使之不能启动,只有通过密码操作软件或使用专用工具方可人工解锁;当瓦斯浓度低于1.5%时自动解锁。对现用控制开关进行改造。介绍的改造方案,简单、可行、可靠,影响通风时间短。
