患者,女,28岁.因白带多伴下腹疼痛,恶寒发热1周入院.查体:T 38.5℃.P90次/分,R20次/分,Bp100/70mmHg,发育正常,营养中等,贫血貌,心肺检查无异常.下腹压痛,无反跳痛,腹软,腹部未扪及包块.B超提示双子宫畸形伴左肾缺如,右肾代偿性增大.月经15岁初潮.量偏多、23岁结婚,妊3产1存1.其中1胎次为双胎妊娠,孕5月时流产.实验室

One of the twins for twin pregnancy, abortion in May of pregnancy.
