高校体育文化课程丰富了大学体育教学的理论体系,促进了学生体育素养的提升和终身体育思想的形成。高校体育文化课程的目标依附于大学体育课程目标体系之中。它包括基本目标和发展性目标。高校体育文化课程内容的选择应该遵循体育文化的讲授、传承、创新和发展的基本原则,构建和谐、个性与多元的文化环境,要涵盖体育自然科学、人文科学、社会科学三个维度的内容。
The college physical education curriculum enriches the theoretical system of university physical education, promotes the improvement of students’ physical education and the formation of lifelong physical education. The goal of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities is attached to the objective system of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities. It includes both basic and developmental goals. The choice of physical education curriculum content in colleges and universities should follow the basic principles of teaching, inheritance, innovation and development of sports culture, and build a harmonious, personalized and diverse cultural environment, covering the three dimensions of sports natural sciences, humanities and social sciences.
